A: You can register for group sessions directly from my Classes page, simply click the Register button beside the class you are interested in. For community centre classes you will be registering directly through the City of Vancouver Activity page.

For private sessions, individuals or groups, fill out the form at the bottom of the Classes page, email me ([email protected]) or call me, 519-852-5025.


Q: What should I wear or bring to my yoga session?

A: You don't need any special 'yoga cloths', wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily in. If you have a yoga mat, great! If not, no worries—I've got you covered. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
