Making Yoga Work for Real People
Hey there! I’m Drew Climie, your friendly neighborhood yoga guide right here in Vancouver BC. My goal is to: bring yoga to folks who never thought they'd give it a try. Think of me as the guide who's here to show you that yoga isn't just for the ultra-flexible or super serene—it's for everyone, including you.
Accessibility isn't just a buzzword for me; it's what I live by. My classes are about creating a space where everyone feels welcome and comfortable, regardless of their experience level. It’s all about finding what feels good for your body and making the practice your own.
Improving our physical and mental well-being is something we all deserve. I'm not about complex lingo or pretzel poses—I'm about real benefits like getting stronger, finding clarity in your busy day, and learning how to unwind effectively. It's fitness with a twist that actually helps you feel better in your day-to-day life.
As for personal growth, think of my classes as your personal lab for self-discovery. It's less about touching your toes and more about what you learn on the way down. Every class is an opportunity to challenge yourself, celebrate what your body can do, and walk away with a win, big or small.
So if you’re curious about how yoga can fit into your life or just looking for a new way to stay active, come give it a try. No fancy jargon, no impossible expectations—just real yoga for real people.
And hey, if you ever spot me around Vancouver or paddling on the water, let’s chat! I'm all about connecting with new people and swapping stories.
Drew demonstrates great passion for his job on a daily basis as a yoga/SUP instructor. Drew has many students of all ages and skill levels and each one has responded well to his enthusiastic teaching style. Loved the yoga and SUP classes! Awesome instructor!
